Sarah Wearing Manager of Suddene Park Farm, Head Coach and Facility Manager. Sarah has run the facility for nearly 10 years, and brings a great knowledge and understanding of horse training and horse psychology. She enjoys seeing the livery horses and owners fulfil their goals - be it happy hacking, dressage or SJ and eventing. Sarah develops and rides livery and visiting horses. Her 8yo ID/TB mare has evented, reaching the Cotswold Cup Championships in 2024, and is now enjoying a regular riding career back at Suddene! |

Rachael Rachael, who is the most fantastic cook as well as working during the week at Suddene has a great eye for detail and works on the yard and facility overall, keeping a close eye across the board from horse health, stable cleanliness and presentation as well as ensuring owners are happy! Her family keep their two lovely horses at Suddene. Eileen Eileen and Pete built up and ran Suddene Park Farm before Sarah took over. Eileen still works as an invaluable part of the team - providing support and advice, along with the occassional clinic. |

Sam Sam was with us July 2021-February 2022 as a Kickstart Apprentice. He had a wide ranging farming and countryside background, including time spent at Sparshalt College and in other farming/livestock enterprises. He enjoyed learning the basics of riding as well as supporting the wide and varied yard and maintenance tasks on the farm. Isobel Isobel successfully completed her apprenticeship with us in early 2021 and has gone on to become an international travelling and freelance groom. She still helps us out for a few days at busy times and it's great to have her smiley face back at Suddene with all her exciting travel news :) Issy's dedication to her work reflects in her winning the Haddon Training Equine Apprentice Award in January 2020. |

Rambo Rambo, our gorgeous Cockapoo took over from dear Charlie (RIP March 2020) as Head of Security - he takes his job very seriously and knows all of the Post Office, DPD, UPS and Hermes delivery drivers by name! Rambo, has the best work ethic of all our staff, as he's also head of Public Relations. Both dogs came to us as rehomes from the Dog's Trust at Hampton Marshall near Newbury. |
